It is almost the end of another busy festival season for us here at ABacoustics, which can mean only one thing – It’s time for BBC Proms In The Park!
The annual celebration of the last night of the Proms is returning to Singleton Park in Swansea, and will see the BBC National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales performing an array of well-known film and TV themes, along with classical favourites and traditional Welsh hymns. The BBC NOW will be performing alongside special guests Mica Paris, Rebecca Trehearn & Jess Gillam.
We will be supplying our EAW 740’s and SB1000’s as the main PA system, coupled with KF394’s for fills, and the EAW 730 rig as a delay system; our Midas Pro 2 as FOH desk and, due to excessive inputs, Pro 1 as a side-car desk; EAW Micro-Wedge 10’s as monitors along with an Allen & Heath GLD 80 as the monitor desk, and DPA and Schoeps microphones.
